SaltGuide stores everything on your iPhone: every kitchen note and your daily coach-ask counter. None of it is sent to any server we run.
When you tap Ask coach, the app sends the name of the salt on screen, its origin, your question text, and the app version to our Cloudflare Worker. The Worker forwards your question and a fixed coaching prompt to Cloudflare's hosted Llama model and returns the answer. We do not log or store the contents of your questions or the model responses.
No name, no email, no account, no device identifier, no IP retention, no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, no crash reporters, no third-party trackers. We do not sell personal data.
If you buy Pro, the purchase happens through Apple StoreKit and we never see your payment details.
SaltGuide is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
